Our high school training program is designed for athletes in grades 9-12 who are serious about taking their game to the next level. Sessions focus on building strength, power, speed, and conditioning using evidence-based methods that translate directly to improved performance on the field or court.
Whether you're in-season maintaining or peaking, off-season building your foundation, or preparing for college athletics, our programming is designed to develop the physical qualities that separate good athletes from great ones.
Athletes train in structured group sessions with other high school athletes, creating an environment of accountability and competition that pushes everyone to get better. Our programming is built on proven exercise science principles: progressive overload, periodization, and systematic development that actually works.
