Our middle school training program is designed for athletes in grades 6-8 who are serious about developing their abilities and preparing for high school athletics. This is a critical stage for building proper movement patterns, foundational strength, and learning how to train correctly in the weightroom.
Sessions focus on age-appropriate strength training, speed development, and conditioning using science-backed methods. Athletes learn proper technique, training terminology, and build the physical qualities needed to walk into high school ready to compete at a higher level.
Athletes train in structured group sessions with other middle school athletes, creating an environment of accountability and healthy competition. Our programming is built on proven exercise science principles: progressive overload, periodization, and systematic development that actually works.
